摘要

Abstract

The planning survey for Caofeidian Port Area in Tangshan Port covered an area of 1 148 km2, which was an ultra large surveying project and extending from Daqinghe Estuary (Laoyujian)in the east to the west end of Nabao in the west, to a water area close to the contour of -20 m in the south,with a total coastal line of 61 km long. Based on the planning survey for Caofeidian Port Area, the layout and establishment of temporary water-level observation stations and the conversion of the Caofeidian theoretical lowest tidal level to the local theoretical lowest tidal level are mainly elaborated.
