摘要
Abstract
The effects of Bursin(BS) and its structural analog-(liver cell growt h factor, LCGF) , in vivo, on antibody secreting cells from mouse spleen were determined through Hemolytic Plaque Formation Tests and Spectrophotometric determ ination .Further, the therapeutic efficacy of the BS, LCGF and Yab(yolk antibody) to chicken IBD was investigated as well. The results testified that both BS and LCGF can enhance the number of PFCs and the amount of the anti-SRBC antibody secreted by the spleen B cells in mouse (P<0.01). The therapy tests show that all the BS , LCGF and Yab can increase the survival rates of IBD chicken (P<0 .01) and the rates of the chicken treated with BS , LCGF,BS+Yab and BS+Yab are highe r than those treated with Yab alone(P<0.01).the BS at high dose can promote the rehabilitating of the Bursa of Fabricius damaged by IBDV.关键词
