Application of Aspen Custom Modeler Software
摘要
Abstract
By using Aspen Custom Modeler software as development platform and from working mechanism the static and dynamic models for double-tank level c ascade control system and glycol liquor double-effect evapo rating process are established in Custom Modeler language. A simulation study on double-tank level cascade control system has been made based on the estabilshed models. The static optimization simulation for glycol liquor double_effective evaporating pr ocess is also investigated. The influence of the a rea of heat transfer and the coefficient of heat transfer on the optimization fo r double-effect process is studied as well. Furthermore, the communication method among Visual Basic, Custom Modeler and Excel are implemented. The operat ion interfaces that can monitor the simulation, control the simulation and analy ze the simulation results are developed using Visual Basic.关键词
