Abstract
British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) has established the purpose of running the institute according to the economic development and seocial requirement home and abroad, and the correspondent system of running the institute, management method to meet the social needs. It adopts the feasible and effective method by fully using and developing the resource of the institute which can make sure to realize the purpose of running the institute, and creates the new way to manufacture, teaching and research it enjoys the prestige in Canada and the whole America for its prominent contribution to regional economics and nourishing popular talents.关键词
