悬浮聚合条件对高分子微球粒径及其光学性能的影响
The Influence of Suspension Polymerization Conditions on the Diameter of Polymer Spherical Beads and Its Properties

Abstract
Suspension-diffusion- copolymerization is a good method to fabricate polymer spherical gradient refractive index (GRIN) spherical lens. The factors that influence the suspension polymerization of polystyrene and methyl methacrylate were systematically studied. This will establish good experimental foundation for the next step preparing polymer spherical GRIN with big diameters, good sphericity , high transmittance and high GRIN. The experimental results show that the diameters, transmittance and sphericity of polymer spherical beads are under the influence of stir velocity, surface tension, dispersing agent and the proportion ratio between the monomer and the water. The proper conditions for preparing with big diameters, good sphericity and high transmittance of polymer spherical beads have been described in this article.关键词
