Abstract
Objective To improve accuracy, safety and cure rate of collagenase injection with extra－ disk for the treatment of intervertebral disk herniation,A new target－ injection method was designed.Method After all tests were estimated the collagenase was injected slowly.Result A total of 250 time target－ injections were operated. All were success except 1 case failed. 154 cases accepted the treatment of the collagenase target－ injection. The effective rate was 94.2％ . 85.1％ cases obtained excellent or good results. 9 cases failed( 5.8％ ).Conclusion The target－ injection method of collagenase is effective, safe, accurate and convenient for the treatment of intervertebral disk herniation.关键词
