复方制剂中诺氟沙星的 HPLC法测定OA北大核心CSCD
Determination of Norfloxacin in Compound Preparation by HPLC
采用 Kromasil C18为分析柱、 0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠液－甲醇（体积比 67∶ 33，用磷酸调 pH 2.4）为流动相、 272 nm为检测波长，以 HPLC外标法测定复方制剂中诺氟沙星的含量。该法能很好地分离被测组分和有关杂质，被测组分的线性关系良好，回收率令人满意。该法专属性好，快速、准确。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method is reported for the quantitative determination of norfloxacin in compound preparation using Kromasil C18 column as a separation column and 0.01 mol/L NaH2PO4－ CH3OH(67∶ 33 by volume,adjusted to pH=2.4 with H3PO4) system as a mobile phase.Norfloxacin was quantitatively determined by external standard method at the wavelength of 272 nm.The component studied was well separated from the others of compound preparat…查看全部>>
