复方甘草酸苷与甘草酸二胺治疗肝硬化的对比观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effeets and safety of compound glyeyrrhisim injecfion and Diammonium glyeyrrhizinate injection on improvement of the liver funetion and preventing liver cirrhosis.Methods 96 patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into control group (n=48) and treatment group (n=48).Patients in treatment group were intravenous dripped with compound glycyn'hisim injection 120rag,one~e a day for six weeks,and patients in control group were intravenous dripped with diammonium glyeyrrhizinate injection 150mg,once a day for six weeks.The effects and side effects were observed.Results The levels of ALP,ALT,GGT,ALB,TB,PT,APTT,HA,PC Ⅲ in treatment group were improved mueh than that in control group,and the side-effect in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions The effect of compound glycyrrhisim is better than diammonium glyeyrrhizinate in improving the liver function and preventing liver cirrhosis.关键词
