Abstract
Objective:To study the feasibility of applying captopril combined with sodium nitroprusside (SNP) in controlled hypotension.Methods:Patients in test group pretreated orally with captopril, 1 mg/kg 1 hour before induction of anesthesia, received a similar anesthetic technique with those in control group. Both groups maintained SBP at (85±10)mmHg and data such as SBP, DBP, MAP, PR, HR, ECG, SPO2, PETCO2 and the dose requirement of SNP were observed. The data were treated by statistical analysis at the end.Results:Patients in test group required less SNP [(1.3±0.6)μg/kg/h] significantly than those in control group[(2.6±0.9)μg/kg/h].SNP has obviously relieved both the reflectivity tachycardia and the rebound hypertension in test group.Conclusions:Captopril, given orally before surgery, combined with SNP, given through infusion pump during surgery,is proved to be safe and valid in controlled hypotension.关键词
