Abstract
Marine geophysical prospecting is a major technique for marine investigation and it plays an important role in ensuring the safe production of offshore oil platforms. Through the practical case ,the scope of prospecting,equipment used and major conclusions in geophysical prospecting in sites for oil platforms are illustrated, including the description and analyses of the engineering geological phenomena at the location and in the vicinity of the pre-selected sites for oil platforms and related to the positioning of platforms as well as the selection of pipeline routes and laying of pipelines.关键词
