Abstract
The cyclic creep tests at room temperature on MTS material testing system for automobile spring steel and bolt steel under different heat treatments and different stress conditions have been conducted to investigate the micro-plasticity behavior of the steels. The results indicate that the cyclic creep of the steels with lower carbon content consists of fast creep stage, stable creep stage and fast unsteady creep stage, while the steel with higher carbon content show a creep mode of the latter two stages. The creep behavior of the main stages can be described as Δε=ε0Nc. The chemical composition, strength, cyclic stress and pre-cyclic-strain have a remarkable influence on the micro-plasticity behavior of the steels.关键词
