摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of TH and TSH in the sera of healthy seniors and dementia elders.Method The level of serum T3,T4 and TSH in 50 healthy elders(elders group),31 dementia elders(dementia group) and 58 middle-aged subjects(control group) were measured by RIA.Result The levels of T3,T4 were lower and the level of TSH was higher(P<0.05) in the elders gourp and dementia group than that in the control group,the dementia group had a lower level of serum T3(P<0.05) than the elders group without significant differences in plasma T4 and TSH(P >0.05).Conclusion The function of thyroid gland all declined in the healthy elders and dementia elders and it declined heavily in dementia elders. 关键词
