摘要

Abstract

Fluidized bed combustion/gasification is one of the main means of biomass utilization in a efficient and extending scale way. Due to the fact that biomass is easy to form sintering at relatively low temperature, so it affect the safe & stable operation of system and the improvement of the utilization efficient of energy. This paper systematically conclude the combustion/gasification sintering characteristic temperature of different biomass with different bed materials, analyse the internal connection between biomass species, alkali metals content, reaction atmosphere and sintering temperature , combined with related research to analyze and summarize the mechanism of sintering ,and to analyze and compare theadvantages and disadvantages of the prediction models of sintering temperature, In the end, the paper put forward active suggestions for further research on combustion/gasification sintering mechanism and control techniques, optimization of prediction models,hoping to provide meaningful reference for relative deep research and for the improving of the extending scale utilization level of biomass energy.
