提拉法生长钽酸钾晶体
GROWTH OF POTASSIUM TANTALATE SINGLE CRYSTALS BY THE CZOCHRALSKI METHOD

Abstract
A series of large size and high quality potassium tantalate(KTaO3)single crystals up to 31 mm×31 mm×40 mm,weighing as much as 247 g,were grown by the Czochralski method.The X-ray powder diffraction experimental results show that the KTaO3 polycrystalline materials and as-grown KTaO3 crystals all have a cubic structure,with a lattice parameters a=0.398 88 nm.The transmittance spectra of the crystals show that they have a broad transparent wavelength range from 340 nm to 3 500 nm,except for an absorption peak at 2 875 nm.The morphological features,crystal defects and growth behavior of KTaO3 crystal were investigated.关键词
