Abstract
The quality of test question data-base is directly affected by stand or fall of the arithmetic of organizing examination paper.This paper describes the design of the structure of the test question data-base and the method of the foundation and realization of arithmetic of organizing examination paper with the main controls parameters of content of exam,coefficient of difficulty and the structure of test question.
