摘要

Abstract

The separation and detection of organic acids with ion exclusion chromatography and suppressed conductivity detection were studied,and the effect on the separation and detection of the detected ingredients by eluant's density and flow were invetigated by using ofter-seen HCLacid as eluant and TBA-OH as regenerant.Through the test,the optimum operation condition were eluant 1.10mmol/L HC1 acid,flow rate 0.80mL/min,regerant 5mmol/L TBA-OH,flow rate 1.10mL/ min.In such conditions,ogrganic acids in beer were determined.
