Abstract
Rufloxacin can be oxidized by H2O2 in HAc solution at 100 ℃ ,and its fluorescence is lost.A ternary complex of the oxidation product with EDTA and Eu3+ can be formed in the HAc- NaAc buffer solution.The complex has characteristic fluorescence of Eu3+ at an emission wavelength of 617 nm(λ ex=352 nm).The linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of rufloxacin in the range of 5.0× 10- 8~ 2.5× 10- 6 mol/L was found.A method for the determination of rufloxacin in human urine was establised by Eu3+ sensitized fluorescence analysis in view of the above.Under the selected optimum conditions,the detection limit of the method is 1.5× 10- 8 mol/L.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.The mechanism of the oxidation reaction of rufloxacin in HAc solution was also discussed according to the changes of UV,fluorescence and infrared spectra.关键词
