Systematic Design of Multiple-loop Feedback Differential Current-mode Filters Based on CFBCCⅡ
摘要
Abstract
This paper presented a circuit named current controlled fully balanced second generation current conveyor(CFBCCⅡ). CFBCCⅡ has a pair of differential Y terminals, a pair of differential X terminals and two pairs of Z terminals. On the basis of CFBCCⅡ, this paper presentsed a systematic method of designing differential nth-order filters with multiple-loop feedback. Different feedbacks construct different low-pass filters in this method. All the filters have the property of current controllability and have no limitation of the orders. The produced nth-order filters are constructed by n CFBCCⅡs and 2n capacitances, and are easy to integrate because the passive capacitances are all grounded.关键词
