Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of tubulin and chs rex b homologous gene in different region of monocular eye deprived pigeon.Methods The differential expressed gene in the pigeon brain was used as probe and labeled with radioisotope.The expressions of both genes were analyzed by Northern hybridization.Results The expressions of tubulin and chs rex b homologous genes are higher in optic tecta than in forebrain, and they are higher in left optic tecta than in right one.Conclusion Tubulin and chs rex b homologous genes in the brain of pigeon obtained by SSH have relations with the molecular construction of vision pathway.关键词
