计算机控制检测眼调节反应时间的方法
A METHOD TO DETECT REFLEX TIME OF OCULAR ACCOMMODATION CONTROLLED BY A COMPUTER
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To describe a method examining reflex time of ocular accommodation controlled by a Computer.Methods:The optotypes are programed in a computer pascal language. The size, the performance and the duration times of the optotypes are controlled by the computer. A subject first looked at an optotype on a distant monitor(5m) till it disappeared from sight and then looked at an optotype on a near monitor(0.3m).Results:Reflex time of ocular accommodation among young men with normal visual acuity is 370 ±26 ms.Conclusions:Owing to the system high sensitivity, accuracy and convenience, the reflex time of ocular accommodation examining system controlled by a computer is recommended for clinical use.关键词
