Composite Brush Plating Coating on Ni-diamond
摘要
Abstract
Composite brush-plating is a new kind of brush plating technology. Ni-diamond with composite brush plating coating has higher strength, better wear-resistance and greater economic application value. In this paper is investi-gated the effect of chemical compositions, solution tempera-ture, working voltage as well as the moving speed of thebrush upon diamond concentration and deposition rate of the coating. Based on the investigation of the above, optimum conditions for composite brush plating coating on diamond are proposed.关键词
