锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位OA
Clavicular hook plate for treatment of the degree Ⅲ acromioclavieular joint dislocation
目的:观察锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效.方法:将2000年1月～2008年1月收治的53例Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位患者分为两组,研究组锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗25例,对照组克氏针张力带内固定28例,观察并比较两组的治疗效果.结果:锁骨钩钢板内固定组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),同时并发症的发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05).结论:锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位疗效满意,且并发症较少,值得临床推广应用.
