Discoursing strategic role of grassland construction in construction of ecological environments for Loess Plateau region
摘要
Abstract
At present, the vegetation is sparse and the ecolog ical environment is also deteriorating on Loess Plateau Region. In historical pe riod, prairie took up a larger part of the natural vegetation area and the destr oyment resulted from human′s activities is mostly distinguished. After many-ye ars practice, however, a series of suitable grass types are easier to survive t h an planting trees in hillocks and hills, where the ecological environments are b ecoming quite harsh. On Loess Plateau region, moreover,these grass types can e ffectively improve ecological environments and the local conditions of planting trees. In addition, man can also attain return easily in the aspect of econo my. Therefore, during the systematic project of implementing the strategy of Gre en Defence, recreating ecological environments with elegant mountain and river, t he way of planting grass by man plays so important a strategic role as fighting in the van and forming base. By taking up such strategy as strengthening propaga nda and education, drawing up work plan, managing carefully and strengthening t he study and instruction of science and technology, such a way can be populated and implemented on a large scale by the way of organization.关键词
