摘要
Abstract
To explore the correlation between the tumor prolifer ative activity and the metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the expre ssion of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen(PCNA) and DNA Content Index (DI) wer e investigated using SP immunohistochemical staining and image analysis in 65 ca ses. Result:The expression of PCNA and DNA content were correlated with tumor differentiation and metastasis; as well as there was a striking association betw een PCNA and DI.These indicated that higer proliferative activity always means l ower differentiation and higer metastasive potention of the cervical squamous ce ll carcinoma.关键词
