Abstract
Objective: To establish the determination method of kakkonein in Ganmaoqingre granule. Methods: HPLC method was used, the chromatographic condition consisted of C18 column with methanol-water(22:78) as mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 250 nm. Results: Kakkonein showed a linear relationship at the range of 0.1384-1.384 μg, the average recovery was 99.84%, RSD%=1.65%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, can be used as quality control for Ganmaoqingre granule.关键词
