摘要
Abstract
The development of our country′s higher education highlights theimportance and urgency to strengthen the staff construction of cadres of personnel management. Constancy of beliefs is the most important requirements of their quality. Deng Xiao-ping′ s theory can help to train their organizing and managing ability. Cardres′ ability and political integrity must be assessed every year according to the achievement of personal responsibility. ()ur cadres' personal qality and the staff construction of should be impround by the practice of daily work.关键词
