摘要
Abstract
The study were conducted by establishing the method of detecting antibody of tubereulosis in cow milk by BA-ELISA. The results showed as follows: By using the way of BA-ELISA to detect 12 samples of milk by PPD positively detected, the rate of positive reaction was 83.33%.it was higher than that of routine ELISA test. The results suggested that this method has a good repetition, the operation is simple and convenient to detect antibody of tuberulosis in cow milk by using the method of BA-ELISA. So it is worth applying in practice.关键词
