Abstract
Fingerprints of broiler chickens divergently selected for very low den sity lipoprotein (VLDL) in fat line (FL) and lean line (LL) of the third generation were studied using inter simple sequence repeated (ISSR) technique. Geneti c polymorphism and genetic similarity coefficient between two groups were analyze d. Ten primers were screened from 60 SSR primers and 62 sites were deprived. Of which 39 bands were polymorphic sites and the frequency was 63 percent. The genetic similarity coefficient among the individuals in FL and LL were 0.9643 and 0.9766. The genetic similarity coefficient between the FL and LL was 0.9481.关键词
