摘要

Abstract

Coriolis mass flowmeter is a precision flowmeter, which is able to handle an extensive range of applications and fluids, from fluids to gases.The mass flowrate is proportional to the phase difference of the two vibration signals detected from the vibrating tube of the meter,which fluid is passed through.A cross correlation method is presented to improve the phase detection precision,and thoroughly analyzes the laws between cross correlation and phase shift in theory.Then use Mathematica3.0 to simulate the cross correlation filtering of two vibration signals and compare the effects of the phase detection precision improvements.
