摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the effect of MMC on c-fos expression of cerebral neurons in mice.Methods In the test group 10 mg/kg MMC was injected into mouse abdominal cavity while in the control group normal saline of the same volume was administrated.Two hours later cerebral tissues were collected for effect observation of MMC on c-fos expression by immuohistochemical method.Results MMC could induce c-fos expression of cerebral neurons in mice.In the test group c-fos positive rate of expression was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion MMC can induce c-fos expression of cerebral neurons in mice.关键词
