摘要

Abstract

Composite materials La0.6 Sr0.4 Co0.2 Fe0.8 03-δ - Ce0.8Ca0.2O1.9 (LSCF-CDC) were prepared by glycine nitrate process (GNP) and researched as cathode for intermediate temperature SOFC (IT-SOFC), Performance of the materials are measured via dif-ferent methods coming from X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), temperature programmed oxygen desorption curves (O2-TPD). The optimum sintering temperature is 1 100 ℃. The av-erage grain size is about 400 nm at 1100℃ and the ratio of elements is in accord with the needed stoiehiometry. The electrical conduc-tivity of LSCF70-CDC (the mole ratio of LSCF and CDC with 7: 3) is the highest at about 700 ℃. The oxygen desorption result sug-gests that there are several types of oxygen in the structure.
