Researching and Discussing about Quantitative Method of High-pressure Sizing Processing
摘要
Abstract
Researching and discussing about quantitative method of high-pressure sizing processing, analyszing factors of diffirent kinds of yarn, it had been obtained that was the reduction regularity of squeezing weighting percentage ( Sa ) and squeezing moisture regain (Wa) of pure cotton yarn and polyester & cotton blended yarn. The sizing pressure between 20 kN～40 kN was only associated with suitable speed, the high-pressure effect could be got. Here, all kinds of low-viscosity level were listed,which was applicable to all kinds of concentration. The lowest viscosity would meet the needs of stable sizing, usually within 8 s.关键词
