Abstract
This article analyzes the reasons of large spatter and bad beadforming of CO2 short-circuit arc welding. From the basic of Non-electrical and electrical factors, it discusses varied controlling tactics in the CO2 short-circuit arc welding process and presents the implementing method of intelligent control of constant transfer frequency. This method can well reduce the spatter, improve the bead form and be easy to control and manipulate. It might be valuable for the developing of CO2 inverter power source.关键词
