人乳头状瘤病毒16型DNA在乳腺癌组织中表达的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the etiologic relationship between humanpapillomavirus (HPV) type 16 infection and human breast cancer.Methods In situ hybridization (ISH) technique was used to detect the expression of HPV type 16 DNA in 50 cases of breast cancer and 30 cases of normal breast tissues.Results ISH technique showed the positive rate of HPV type 16 DNA in cancer group and in normal group were 52% and 20.0%,respectively.HPV type 16 infection was confirmed in muliple breast cancer tissues types and mainly belonged to integrated infection. Conclusion HPV type 16 infection is comn in breast cancer tissues from Liuzhou area,HPV 16 type infection is closely related to carcinogenesis of breast cancer in Liuzhou area.关键词
