甲硝唑口颊片的工艺研究
Technological study of metronidazole buccal tablets
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the prescription and preparing techniques of metronidazole buccal tablets,the effects of the amount of CMC-Na,granulometric size,and the compaction pressure on the quality of metronidazole buccal tablets were studied with orthogonal test. The result showed that the metronidazole buccal tablets prepared could meet all the requirements,with the dissolution of 33.4%,54.3% and 74.1% at 20 min,50 min and 90 min respectively.关键词
