Studies on Resolution of Glycidol Catalyzed by Lipase in Organic Media

Abstract
The optimal enzyme resource, porcine pancreatic lipase (PPL), was confirmed by propertest in the resolution of racemic glycidol via esterification with a fatty acid in organic media. The ef-fects of organic solvents, acyl donors and amounts of lipase on the reaction were studied.关键词
