槲皮素—铝(Ⅲ)—Tween-80荧光体系的研究及其应用

Abstract
The Optimum,Conditions are studied for the formation of the Quercetin-Al(Ⅲ)-Tween-80 fluorescence system, and a fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of Quercetin, In Tween-80 medium, complex composition is Quercetion:Al(Ⅲ)=1:1 under HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH=5.0), The maximum excitation wavelength is 415nm, and the maximum emission wavelength is 486nm, The Calibration graph is linear in the concentration range of 4.0×10-6~1.4×10-4 mol/L with a good correlation coofficient (r=0.9997).The detection limit is 2.0×10-6mol/L.This simple method has been applied to the analysis of quercetin in plants with satisfactory results.关键词
