摘要
Abstract
SiCp/Al2O3-Al composites were synthesized by directed oxidation of metals. The composition and microstructures of the composites were investigated using XRD and metallurgical microscope. The effects of SiO2 layer clinging to SiCp, the alloy components and technical parameters on the properties were analyzed. The result indicates that the spontaneous penetration is nearly perfect and the SiCp/Al2O3-Al composite has a dense microstructure. The microstructure consists of three interpenetrating phases: the SiC perform, a continuous α-Al2O3 matrix and a network of unoxidized metal.关键词
