27例严重急性呼吸综合征患者康复期运动心肺功能的动态观察
Dynamical observation of cardiopulmonary exercise testing of 27 patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome during recovery

Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the integral kinesthetic response of lung, heart, blood vessels, and muscles in SARS patients during recovery. [Methods] To observe cardiopulmonary exercise testing and the resting pulmonary function of 27 patients with critical severe acute respiratory syndrome in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd month after discharge. [Results] In the first test, the abnormality rates of cardiopulmonary exercise testing including VO2max%, VO2max/kg, VO2max, METs, BR, HRR were higher. Except that of VO2max%, the abnormality rates of other descriptors were higher than those of resting testing. With the recovery process, the abnormal rates of all the descriptors descended, and the disappearance of clinical symptoms was coincided with the recovery of cardiopulmonary exercise testing. [ Conclusions] The patients of SARS have the dysfunction of cardiopulmonary exercise testing, which may be related with the injury of cardiopulmonary system from SARS-CoV and a few exercise. But the cardiopulmonary function can recover gradually.关键词
