Abstract
Optimization of the fermentation medium for maximum phytase production was carried out using a new strain, Trichoderma viride LH374, and the test results were listed as follows: carbon source was 5% glucose, nitrogen source were 3% tryptone and 0.3% NH4NO3, and metallic ion concentration were 0.003% Fe2+ and 0.003% Mn2+. The 500 mL flasks were filled with 50 mL media with pH 6.5 to incubate 72 h, and inoculation amount was 5%. Under optimum condition, Trichoderma viride LH374 was able to yield the maximum phytase activity of 2510 U·mL-1 and the average of 2490 U·mL-1 phytase.关键词
