A probe in the mode of aiding the poor with hightechnology
摘要
Abstract
To aid the poor with hightechnology will be the general tendency in future China.It is still in the course of trial and error as to how to make use of the high technology to aid the poor,of which three aspects are unavoidable.First,how to choose the high technology connected with aiding the poor;second,how to bring the high technology into the poor area;third,how to improve the supporting system for aiding poor with high technology.This paper makes a study on three important problems,and brings forth some view with originality.关键词
