农机设备维修质量评价方法的研究

Abstract
The traditional way of evaluating the maintenance quality of an agricultural machinery is not suitable for the modern idea of quality. It is reasonable and practicable to evaluate an equipment (especially a large tractor) with the reliable parameter index. The reliable indexes of evaluating denote mean time to first failure(TMTTFF), mean time between failure(TMTBF), availability(A), and the value of evaluating reliability(Q). Other three isolative indexes are considered in the formula of reliable comprehensive value Q. According to the sample tests, the study proved that the four indexes could be used to evaluate the maintenance qualities of agricultural machinery and had some certain theoretical and practical values.关键词
