整合素β1基因在人脑胶质瘤中的表达与临床意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of Integrin β1 Gene in Human Glioams
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of integrin β1 gene in humangliomas and analyze its clinical significance.Methods The expression of integrin β1 gene in 53 pieces glioma was detected by immunohistochemical and hybridization technique in situ.The patients were followed and their prognosis was compared.Results Integrin β1 positive rate of immunohistochmistry in gliomas of grade Ⅰ to Ⅳ was 36.3%,38.5%,72.2%and 81.8% respectively.Integrin β1 positive rate in gliomas of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that of grade Ⅰand Ⅱ(P<0.05).The integrin β1 mRNA expression in gliomas is coincide with its protein expression.The prognosis was worse and the survival time was shorter for the patient with higher expression of integrin β1.Conclusion The higher expression of integrin β1 was correlated with the lower differentation and higher invasiveness of gliomas.And integrin β1 may be a good indicator of jubging the prognosis of gliomas patient.关键词
