摘要

Abstract

This paper presents a method for decision-making of generator-tripping and loadshedding based on fuzzy neural networks which use a short window of post-fault generator power angles from PMUs. The whole neural network consists of classification part and decision part. The first part is a fuzzy competed radial basis function network, and the decision part is a fuzzy competed BP network. The simulation results of a real 49-machine system demonstrate that the proposed method is effective.
