中西医结合治疗烧伤后应激性溃疡的疗效观察
Analysis of therapeutic effects of combination of TCM with western medicine on the curling's ulcer

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combination of TCM with western medicine on Curling' s ulcer. Methods 42 cases were divided into reptilase and losec treatment group (A group) and combination of TCM with Western medicine treatment group (B group). After 7 days of the treatment, haematemesis and acompanying signs and symptoms were observed. Results The total effective rates in two groups were 71.4% and 85.7% respectively. There is a significant difference between A group and B group (P < 0.05). Conclusiont The treatment of combination of TCM with Western medicine was idealized therapy in treatment of Curling's ulcer.关键词
