Prospect and application of optimized design in rod pumped well system
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve system efficiency of rod pumped wells and save energy, the project, system optimization method and field application of rod pumped wells,was carried out on support of PetroChina from 2002. By using of parameter sensitivity analysis, an optimal designing method was developed, the principles of which was uniting of production, efficiency and lifetime. Based on it, the transition from the efficiency of pumping wells system software(SysEff) to pumping well system design software(OPRS) was realized. The OPRS system has been systematically used in Huabei Oilfield for 5 years, and has been an important technique in saving oil energy and improving management level.关键词
