Abstract
Objective: To establish the determination method for astragaloside in Yiqiwenyang capsule.Methods:HPLC-evap-orative light scattering detection method method was used with Hypersil BDS C18 as chromatographic eolumn,acetonitrile-wa-ter(32:68) as mobile phase, evaporative light scattering detection machine. Result: The average spotting recovery of astragalo-side was 96.67%, RSD%=0.79%.Conclnsion: The method is sensitive, accurate with good reproducibility, can be control the quality of Yiqiwenyang capsule.关键词
