澳大利亚职业教育与培训的发展动向及启示
Developing Trends of Vocational Education and Training in Australia and Its Apocalypse
摘要
Abstract
Vocational education and training system in Australia is recognized publicly as one of the most innovative in the world. In Australia, there is a full-scale and health VET management system, a strict skills qualification system, a set of management organizations respectively with clear responsibilities, which can been keeping improved according to development needs. The practices of VET in Australia can bring apocalypse to China: it is necessary to establish a consolidated and normative identification system and management system for vocational education; related enterprises should participate more in vocational education; the important aims of vocational education are to cultivate applied talents who can meet the needs of social productive activities; the function of government in vocational education should be strengthened.关键词
