摘要

Abstract

A detection method for determination of chlorothalonil residue in environmental water samples by single drop microextraction(SDME)-reverse phase liquid chromatography(RPLC) has been studied.The conditions of effect on SDME have been optimized,and the optimal conditions were as follows:6 μL cyclohexane for extraction solvent,2 μL single drop,350 r/min for stirring speed,40 min for extraction,35 ℃ and 0% of salinity for water solution.After extracted by SDME,the sample was separated and determined by RPLC with Hypersil C18 column and 100% of methanol as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 224 nm.The linearity,detection limit,RSD and enrichment fold of the method were 1.0-50 μg/L,0.02 μg/L,6.1% and 427,respectively.The proposed method has been applied to determine chlorothalonil residue in environmental water samples,and the recoveries from spiked environmental water samples varied from 98% to 106%.
