Abstract
Objective To investigate the guidance significance of type B hepatitis patients with B-ultrasound examination. Methods 216 type B hepatitis patients were enforced B-ultrasound and Liver function examination. The results of B-ultrasound and Liver function examina-tion were observed. Results The cases of hepatic injury were 186.The average value of bilirubin total was(15.48 ± 5.51) μmol/L,bilirubin direct was (3.21 ± 1.12) μ mol/L,alanine aminotransferase was (33.1 ± 3.71)U/L, triglyeride was (1.56 ± 0.43)mmol/L, total cholesterol was (3.76 ± 1.10)mmol/L. Conclusion B-ultrasound examination could be routine examination of type B hepatitis patients,and have consider-able guidance significance as for clinical treatment.关键词
